Your Customer Relations Team
We are pleased to inform you that you now have a dedicated Customer Relations Team.
Your home is covered under a two year defects warranty by Taylor Wimpey Central London, which starts from the day you legally complete on your new home. Should you have a defect, our Customer Relations team will take all of the relevant details and make arrangements for an appointed Customer Services operative to visit your home if appropriate.
Please note our office hours are 08.30 to 17.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 – 15:30 Friday.
