External Doors
For your peace of mind, all the external doors to your home have been fitted with approved British Standard multi-point locking system locks. Your home has also been fitted with a fused power supply in the utility cupboard, should you wish to install an intruder alarm in the future.
Door Entry System
Each apartment has a video entry system. Visitors will need to enter the apartment number on the control panel outside and ask the resident to open the outer entrance door.
For everyone’s safety and security, please do not allow anyone else entry into the building, apart from your own guests.
The building is secure by design only allowing residents to access the building with their fob key. If you have visitors entering the building, you will need to collect your visitor from the main lobby area.
Keys
Upon Handover you will receive all keys applicable to your apartment. Please take care of your keys and keep any spares in a safe place. For safety and security reasons never label your keys with your address.
Replacement Fobs
If you have lost or misplaced your entrance fobs, please notify the Managing Agent FirstPort who will be able to arrange replacements. Please note that there is a charge for any additional/replacement fobs.
Lifts
Your apartment block is equipped with 2 residential lifts that service each floor.
Should the lift fail while in use, please press the alarm bell which will link you directly to the maintenance company.
In the event of a fire, the lifts will automatically return to the ground floor and be unavailable for use.
Do not attempt to use the lifts in the event of a fire.
